Only die-hard Guns n' Roses fans caught the heavy metal band's complete performance in Dublin, where the band left the stage after playing only four songs.

It was a loud and rocking night on Chevy Court's free stage yesterday. The band Coheed and Cambria actually formed in New York about 15 years ago.

Rush, I was told by my concertgoing companion, has won the rock lottery. No other band has held its lineup intact for such a long time; no other classic rock band can claim that that lineup still plays as well as they ever have. Intuitively, I felt he was wrong about that. But I couldn't think of a counterexample. Can you?
